Who we are

What data we collect

We collect only your email address, submitted voluntarily through our waitlist form. We do not collect names, phone numbers, or any other personal data at this stage.

Why we collect it

Your email address is used solely to notify you when The New Neighbor launches and to send relevant product updates. We will never use it for unrelated marketing or share it with third parties.

How we store it

Your email address is stored securely in Supabase, a cloud database provider hosted in the EU (Stockholm region, Sweden). Supabase is GDPR-compliant. No data is stored outside the European Union.

How long we keep it

We retain your email address until you request deletion, or until 12 months after the product launches, whichever comes first.

Your rights

Under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), you have the right to access, correct, or delete your personal data at any time. To exercise these rights, email us at info@thenewneighbor.com and we will respond within 30 days.
